Finding a New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc for less than a tenner is one of a wine merchant's most difficult tasks - and here's my stab at it. Zingy, nettly, with a touch of fresh gooseberries and a hint of mint, this is like a proverbial slap to the tastebuds. It's literally that refreshing. Great with lots of Asian inspired dishes, such as Tom Yum soup or spicy stir fries, as well as most white fish.
