We pride ourselves on our Events. They are, after all, a kind of shop window for us and one of the main meeting points where our clients can socialise, gossip and get down and dirty with our favourite wines. Themes vary, venues vary, wines vary. The one consistent is the fun and frolicks had by all.


The New Classics @ L'Atelier du Vin, £35.00 per person

Tuesday 15th May, 6.30pm-9.30pm:

The Brighton Wine Company have teamed up with the wonderful chaps at one of Brighton's hottest new spots, L'Atelier du Vin, to put together a fabulous tasting of The New Classics. In other words, the wines and grape varieties that will become the "must-have" tipples of tomorrow. Discover which wine is going to kick Chablis in to touch, find out what's taking over from Rioja in Spain, and which New World wine region is going to be hot to trot in the 2020s! Together with Steve and Dimitri, founders of L'Atelier and all round wine experts, Chris Orr, from The Brighton Wine Co will take you on a vinous crystal ball gazing trip - and the kitchen team at L'Atelier will help you soak it all up with a delicious range of canapes, cold cuts and local cheeses. All in all, one great wine tasting and one great evening, at one awesome new venue.

Sunday "World Wine and Wagyu" Lunch at L'Atelier du Vin, £59.95 per person

Sunday 10th of June, 12.30pm-3.30pm:

Another one of our now regular Sunday wine club lunches. This time we are at the wonderful new L'Atelier du Vin in central Brighton. And they've put a stunner of a menu on. Fresh Salmon Gravadlax to start, followed by Sussex X Wagyu steak from the local and award-winning Trenchmore Farm in Horsham, finishing with a selection of cheeses (we also have delicious vegetarian options for those who are abstaining - so please ask).

Wine wise the lunch will kick off with some delicious fizz, followed by three great white wines and three great red wines, selected by Chris Orr, the main man at The Brighton Wine Company. He will be picking a range of new and exciting wines that he's unearthed over recent months from around the globe, and pairing them with the delicious menu served up by the fabulous kitchen team at L'Atelier. It will be a chance to enjoy some of the best local produce, alongside fantastic wines, in the cosy and comfortable surroundings of the delightful new L'Atelier.

Wild Wine and Foraging Day out @ Stanmer Park, £59.50 per person

May 5th, 10.00am - 2.30pm:

Our foraging days last year were so popular that we didn't have any choice but to repeat them this year too - which is great, because they are a lot of fun!.

Once more, the fabulous team from the School of the Wild will help us create a wonderful day of foraging with wild, wicked wines to taste @ the delightful Stanmer House. We'll kick off at 10.00am on the morning of Saturday 6th of May at Stanmer with a two hour walk through the delightful woodlands, foraging for herbs, leaves and all sorts of delicious wonderments.

We'll then make camp, where the School of Wild team will take us through some essential wild cooking skills. We'll make nettle pesto, some great herb and leaf tempura, and lots of forage-based canapes - and then finish up roasting some wild game over an open fire.

And that's where the wine comes in. The Brighton Wine Co's Chris Orr will bring out all manner of wild, wonderful and devlishly delicious wines to taste, and match them with our oh-so scrumptious feast.

All in all, a great day out, lots of healthy excercise and a wine and food based-reward system at the end. Perfection! (plus we'll also provide a minibus or taxis for those who need a lift back to the centre of Brighton).
