They are, after all, a kind of shop window for us and one of the main meeting points where our clients can socialise, gossip and get down and dirty with our favourite wines. Themes vary, venues vary, wines vary. The one consistent is the fun and frolicks had by all.

"Seafood and Sparkles" on December 7th

The George Payne and Brighton Wine have teamed up again to bring you an evening of sparkly wine tasting - an evening of great food and wine.


So once again, The George Payne have paired up with The Brighton Wine Company to create a very special pre-Christmas evening involving that most festive of wines – bubbly.

There will be Prosecco, Cava, and English Sparkling wines galore – all of which will be paired with a fantastic array of seafood canapés specially prepared by our their great new Head Chef, Ashley, to compliment the various fine fizzes we’ll be tasting throughout the evening.

Plus, if you’re really lucky, our wine expert Chris, from the Brighton Wine Co., will let you sabrage the top off of a bottle of bubbly – in plain language, use a sword to slice the top off a bottle of fizz. What’s not to love?
