What’s your minimum order?
A single bottle, but bear in mind you’ll be paying a chunk of money on postage, so unless it’s at the upper end of the price scale, it may not be worth it.  The most affordable is a 6 pack or 12 pack.

Can I mix wines?
Yes, from our core range that we have available all the time. Some of our more expensive wines, or rarer wines are on allocation only or available by minimum 6 bottles. It should indicate it on the site. Always worth calling however, if you have a special request. We like to help people rather than hinder them.

How do I access my account?
You can access your account by click the 'My Account' link in the top navigation bar. I know, it really is that simple. You’ll then be prompted to login using your email and password. If you don't have an account you can create a new one by clicking 'Sign up'. If you have forgotten your password you can click 'Forget your password' and reset your password. Do I need to register an account?
No, you can purchase products form our site without having to register an account. But if you do register an account, it means you can keep track of what you’ve bought and can refer to it, along with all details of your orders at a later date. It also means you get preferential invites to our bi-annual members tastings etc. So it’s worth the minute or so it takes you to register.

If you don’t want to register and account you can still purchase. It’s really easy. During the check out process you just choose 'continue as guest'

How do I know you received my order?
You will see a confirmation message on the screen (which you can print). We will also e-mail you (to the email address specified) with confirmation of your order.
