This subtle, delicious white wine was specially created for one of Rioja's top chef, Felix Jimenez, who creates amazing Japanese/Riojan fusion dishes that are Michelin star winning. Fabulous ripe tropical fruit with touches of white peach and an underlying line of grapefruit, it's a fabulously racy, zesty version of Viura and a very classy wine with deliciously creamy, rich vanilla notes from its barrel aging. Textured complex, and awesome with any raw fish dish.
