If you like passion fruit, notes of pineapple, a drop of guava and a nice sharp kick of lemon on the finish, then this is the wine for you. It's also the perfect example of why Verdejo is the ideal alternative for those who have tired of NZ Sauvignon Blanc, but still want something dry, crisp and refreshing with lots of zing and zap. It's certainly why we like Verdejo and particularly those versions from the wonderful D.O. Rueda. A smashing partner for all types of seafood, but especially good with langoustines a la plancha or some fresh razor clams. Fill your boots.
