This is a small, reserve production made from 100% Viognier grapes.
The wine is pale gold and limpid. The body is rich with a fresh and
fruity nose dominated by flavours of peach and apricots, as well as
some citrus nuances and the wine has a fresh acidity. On the palate
the fruit aromas are concentrated and match the nose; hints of honeysuckle
and violets create complexity. The sweetness and crispness
integrate perfectly to create harmony in the mouth. We strongly recommend it chilled with “Foie Gras”, smoked salmon or with scallops. Also to be enjoyed on its own with friends.
