Ok, so if you like Sauvgnon Blanc then this case is absolutely the one for you. One classic French Sauvignon from a Loire based legend, and two crisp, punch, but utterly different Sauvignons from New Zealand. The perfect trio, doubled up to make a six pack of Sauvignon fabulousness. So get Savvy and get ordering.
In this mixed case are:
Pebble Dew Sauvignon Blanc 2018, Marlborough, New Zealand x 2 btls
Classic Marlborough NZ Sauvignon Blanc. Rich ripe grapefruit and kiwi on the nose and the palate, with a lovely bracing acidity, finsihing minerally and long. Just a cracker of a wine. This and a big bowl of mussels = heaven.
Henry Bourgeois Petit Bourgeois 2018, Loire, France x 2 btls
This is made by one of Sancerre's top producers, Henri Bourgeois. Its a combination of the juice that doesn't quite make his top cuvees (which sell for £45 a bottle upwards) and about 10-15% of juice from outside the Sancerre region (which is why he can't call it Sancerre). Crisp, clean, linear with a delightful fresh, light citrus and gooseberry fruit combo, this is a serious wine at a fraction of the price you would be paying if it had Sancerre on the bottle. Awesome.
Coast to Coast 2019 Sauvignon Blanc, Marlborough, New Zealand x 2 btls
Second part of the Marlborough sandwich that makes up this nifty little case. This exciting new wine has all the exuberant fruit you could wish for. Bursting with vibrant herbaceous and gooseberry freshness, it's just the ticket for the coming summer months. An absolute classic with seafood of any variety.
In the six pack, you'll get two of each of these lovelies.
