Chenin dominates this cool, crisp white from one of Swartland's leading producers. For those of you who think Chenin is a bit wet and weedy, grab a glass of this. The fruit sings of white peach, citrus and a hint of grapefruit with a fresh, zippy racy finish laced with mineralogy. Great with seafood but excellent with Thai, Chinese or anything with a touch of heat to it, thanks to its crisp cleansing acidity.
Or in the words of Tim Atkin MW, "...Stunning value...Chenin-based with 30% Grenache Blanc Marsanne, Rousanne, Colombard and Chardonnay. It's the sort of style the Cape does better than anyone..."
