We love Viognier because it's a little bit like the wine version of stabilisers on a bike for anyone who likes Chardonnay but doesn't like Sauvignon Blanc and wants to be a little bit adventurous. And this reserve version from Maray in Chile is a bloody belter of an example of that. It has that citrus fruit core that most Chardonnay has, but one that is blended with soft white peach flavours, a touch of honey and an edge of creaminess on it's zippy, zingy finish.
